Museum Entrance, Temple of the Tooth, Kandy, Sri Lanka #2

Anuradha Perera and Shermaine Willis, shot for Ashraff Associates and The Radh, Kandy, in October 2018. The 18th century Temple of the Tooth, built as a palace for Sri Viraparakrama Narendrasinha, the last Sinhalese king of Lanka, it was converted soon after into a shrine to house the Tooth Relic of the Buddha.

The Sword of a King

The 13th century sword of King Buwanekabahu of Yapahuwa. Shot on assignment at the National Museum, Colombo, for Serendib magazine. My photo story on the museum, “Katu Ge“, ran in the October 2017 issue.
